CoD-BO -Lost Connection

Last night while playing CoD-BO many players had the problem of losing the connection to the server.
This resulted into the server emptying out which is to bad as we had a nice game going.
 
During the day I've played several other servers and also after being on our server I've tryed a few other servers which didn't have any problems.
Any idea what the problem might have been? One time everybody lost the connection completely (we thought it was a serverreboot but we were not sure).

We lost connection for like 20 seconds, game went on but after a minute or such another lost connection. This happend about 10 times to me on 1 map.
It was on a snowy map with a traintrack on 1 side; mapname; WMD

Current mapmode was CTF
 
I've made some screenshots while it happend if you need the exact time and such. Just let me know.

Ticket submitted.  They say they are working on 'fixed the issue' and moved my ticket into a 'response queue' which tells us when they have fixed it.

My translation of that is that they have acknowledged the problem and parked it until it goes away on its own without their intervention.  We'll wait and see.

I've also bugged them to tell me why Blunt cannot submit a ticket direct as his details are on the account.

wickysnip reported it and his server is now fixed, so fingers x'd

Tonight the occational lag, the weird bug didn't happen or atleast I didn't see it.
Also no massive lost connections so it seems to have been resolved.

and reset our rcon PW as well:(
