This one is printing.  They can do a transfer which will fade faster, or for a higher setup cost they can do the painting which is thicker and lasts longer.  They wanted to quote the cheaper transfer on the first quote, but if they are competitive then we can ask about the screen printing cost.  They'd need some idea of the artwork though to quote properly for that.
