:doh: I just bought an Nvidia.

Though having said that a 570 is £240 whereas a 6990 is £520, so it would have been quite a jump for the 6990. It's a hell of a card. Almost nothing separates AMD and Nvidia for a change, it's good for competition, unfortunately that seems to have all been in the £5-600 price range that didn't really exist until this generation...
