The battery life is the only problem listed with it. It will run out in a day if you use it. I've got the HTC Incredible S, which has a slightly smaller screen (4" instead of 4.3") and other things to entice the battery to last a bit longer and I can use my phone without worrying where I'm going to plug it in next. It's worth looking into.

I have to say my last 3 phones have been HTCs and I've never been disappointed (until they bring out a better one that is).

Also the Desire S had just come out, so shop around the price of older models should be dropping.

...but then if it is rooted and a new ROM installed the battery life goes up quite a chunk.  Tbh, I plug mine into USB every time I get home, so a day is enough for me.

well i cant see the battery life annoying me, i usually have my phone connected to my pc at work and always put it on charge overnight.  Will be hastleing you guys if i get stuck with anything :)

well i finally have it.....................and WOW! im very impressed, its a little wide but its the smoothest phone i have ever come across, i see a very happy future :-)
