Extending RGW

Since we are getting further and further into BWD and BoT, and useing less alts. I think we should look for a 3rd day for raiding now this probably is a day RGT raids aswell and probably a day I cant be there.
 
Since there can be no alts in this run we need a close to 100% attendance atm.
Therefore I ask you to be clear in your reply and no chitchat, I will delete that to make it easier for myself.
 
I also need some names from people that want to help out running those raids(or current ones then PM me)This demands TS and being able to talk ofc + more time spending in tactics. But tbh these 2 points should be a demanding to every raid member.

as my situation is atm, i cant raid more than 2 times a week. i welcome the idea of another night to get more content down, but im afraid i can only be there 2/3 days

given that dreaman and some others are limited i gonna also suggest that we maybe extend the current raid days by an hour each (as we can get BWD down in a day if lucky then in an hour u cud get to BoT kill halfus and valiona/theralion, Day 2 for the new stuff) and as drea said on the report we cud always see bout raid lockout extension when we get so far on that we cant do anything else

extending the raid itself is gonna be a pain, the server time is my IRL time aswell, so the only option would be starting a hour early(I am not raiding till 00:15)
but that would put the UK people in trouble I guess. but lets check this first and discuss raid lockout when we actually DE alot of epics

Any day is possible for me, but my preference goes to days I have more sleep, so that would be friday/saturday/sunday.
Staying at 2 days raiding a week is fine for me too.

Extending the raid to 1 hour later is out of the question for me. My alarm on weekdays is set to 5:30, and with a raid end on 23:15, I'm already short on the amount of sleep I need (6 to 6.5 hours).
Starting 1 hour earlier is possible, most days. Work sometimes (like today) makes it hard to get home, have dinner and be online able to raid in time if we start an hour earlier.

Looking at the results the way to go isnt in an extra day or starting earlier/finishing later, with the current group.
We have to look for a different solutions, atm we will use extending the reset.

Personally I think locking on cho. Gal is a good idea and leaving the other instances unlocked.                   starting a raid fresh on the boss should mean better focus ... Since Wednesday's raid I have upgraded with  4 new pieces of loot and got my 2 set bonus. If anyone wants to take a nose at my gear glyphs talents I am happy to listen to feedback
