It seems you can start this quest before you kill a Molten lord if you killed all bosses, Quest name: Your time has come.
It starts from a NPC named Coridormi in SW, can someone test if this is true?

Test? Not yet as realms are not up.  I read that too, so I guess we'll find out when we log in.

Confirmed.  The initial quest can be picked up at the top of the Mage Tower in SW.

I don't know if it is off-topic or not, but i'd like to ask if there are any plans to assign the possible plans/patterns/recipes found inside the new raid, and with these the materials needed for them. Some of them are REALLY good (like the plate and leather healer items: full int-spirit-haste) and i was hoping in a system similar to what we used for the Maelstrom Crystal enchants some time ago.

The recipes will be used by guild crafters initially until a surplus arises as the items made are BOE.  And yes it's OT

The items need supplies of BOP drops, so we'll look at drop rate and other needs too then make decisions.
