Any idea on him? He whispered me this morning and was asking if Officers decided anything.

I told him both RGs are good on healers so if he wants to join my RG he would be mainly swapping between heals and DPS

We're undecided atm, one concern is his age, but then if you want him for RGW then just say.  One thing to check is whether he is after RGW or RGT days, not sure if that makes a difference.

To my mind you seem short on healers and ranged, he might cover both bases.

Also, Moonslash should be added to that list of healers

I think RGT will pass on him, but if you want him then go interview him/chat with him, tell him what RGW do & when they raid and if that's what he wants then we can get him in.
