RGW, Who needs upgrades?

Just a thread I thought I'd start for people with under 359 gear to list what items they need so it might help the RL's keep track of who needs what in 359 raids.

I have one ilevel 353 left, the shoulders. Will require a Cho'gall token drop (which will be heavily contested) or the Nefarian shoulder drop to upgrade it to ilevel 359. No idea if the Beth'tilac drop is useful since the stats are random.

shoulders: Poison Protocol Pauldrons drop from Tron Council or Cho'gall drops t11

Helm (chogal or Nef tier piece) to replace 353 and if possible shoulders (already got 359 but the secondary stats blow to hell)
