Re Toby's O/S WIP list:

Buttery Bacon Biscuit Base breakfast for the rugby on 1st October.  TV is approved, we can discuss bacon rolls or eating the full breakfast in the bar.  Might be as easy to eat the full breakfast!

Pub Quiz is fine for Thursday night and they have agreed we can use either the bar (in which case we need tight control on language) or the restaurant room we usually use.

Steak night is fine.  We can confirm numbers nearer the time so that they can have stock.

You can register at Reception when you arrive to open an account for the room so that you can charge drinks to it immediately.  The rooms themselves become available at 3.00pm so you can hoist your bags into your room from then onwards.

Breakfast times:
Monday - Friday:  7.00-9.30am
Saturday & Sunday: 8.00-10.00am

Bar close time - very flexible as in the past.  

Stein delivery is agreed for Thursday.  Send it to the hotel, c/o FAO Dead Men Walking@Noble Suite.  We can agree with them nearer the time if it actually gets put into the Noble Suite or held elsewhere, but they are happy to accept the delivery on our behalf.

Spoke to Rob re the use of Steins.  They will support the use of 2 pint steins, they will need to work out if a 2 x 1 pints are then poured into it, or if they can pour direct into it, but using them is no problem.

Confirmed bowling booking with the bowling alley.  We have 3 lanes for up to 20 people.

Spoke to Carol @ OC and reminded about steak stocks for Friday.  She will make sure Chef & Rob check that they have enough to handle 55 steak covers, so we should not run out!

Reminded OC about Stein delivery, they will put them to one side until Friday for us as per the itinerary.
