In a nutshell

Tank tactics... sorting who is on what and they know what to do (helping if they are missing somthing)
Picking the tanks / fight (usualy comes down to loot needs / rotation)
Monitor performance ( I dont think this is a problem now but somthing to look at if you get a trial tank)
Monitor Attendance (giving peeps a nudge if they are not turning up or requesting recruitment if ya getting constant problems) Its running here http://rgw.deadmen.co.uk/attendance.asp so it just a case of keeping an eye on the people in red

I think its only logical that you should be the guy to look after tanks . You are good on coms , You are top on attendance , You come across as having a calm outlook

We will find more and more nights where Drea will not be around so it will be up to you guys to run the raids. No single person will have the job it will be split into the roles (Tank/Healer/Melee/Ranged)

We will have a raid leader as in somone to get the raid up and push the pace but I dont feel its fair to lump the whole job on a single person

Thats about it we will be making it formal in a few days as soon as i get to chat to the others running the roles.

If ya realy dont want to do it let me know tho I dont see anything that you are not doing already

Loads of other stuff regarding raids being nit picked. I think hes come on for an argument and hes had one. I stand fully with TL ... If Sharpe cant deal with it he knows where to go

Sent him a polite PM explaining the loss of badge. I also just thought he may still have alts in the guild and might want to stay on as a Social member? I PM'd him again and if he does have other characters that he's keeping with us then I'll give him a green WOW badge and he should be good to go....

I do think we need to come up with a plan for people who want raid elsewhere but still want to be social.

Make a new badge/permissions group for raiders and only these and higher can access the tactics and the rest cant. (that was an idea from Tanales)

Im happy to let people stay as a social member......

if we decide that its an issue ..........the boss section could be raiders only as tan suggests

I don't think we need a new rank. Just a badge and forum permissions set for RGT rank so that we can hide the boss compendium from non raiders (if that's what we want to do).

Created group WOW Guild Raider which has identical permissions to WOW Guild Member and can see into DMR only and Boss compendiums
Removed permission from WOW Guild Member to see into Boss Compendiums and sub folders

I can create a new badge for Raiders. Green is still Member, Red/Green is Raid Leader, Red is Guild Officer. What colour would you like?
So fare no one is actually in the new Raider group and so Boss Compendiums is now closed to all WOW members not just socials. I'll need a list of current raiders to let people back in.

Also the Raid Leaders group keeps referencing RGW and there's nothing about RWT. Should i change this to reflect the single rid group structure we now have?
