Something I didn't major on in the video, is the ProCon Layer. Basically its the same system as WolfCon. A copy of ProCon runs on the server and then admin user-names and permission settings can be established.

Also, in addition to the basic plug-ins (which are pretty useful) you can download or write custom plugins. So a GIMP plugin or "hail an admin" plugin is quite possible.

Phogue.net are including BF3 in the current Procon Frostbite, but are currently writing ProCon 2. The iOS (iPod, iPhone, iPad) versions of ProCon are now free and very easy to use. Handy too, if you've only got one monitor.
Because the application supports multiple servers of different types, one running copy could admin BFBC2 and BF3.

Have the admin user-names and permission settings been setup yet as i cannot get into Procon and peeps are running wild on the BF2 server?

Procon's Development for BF3 continues at an astounding pace!! DICE themselves have flown two of the Procon team to their offices in Sweden to work on the plugin etc. to support BF3.

Nothing has been released as of yet. I'm sure that the Procon team have had to sign an NDA of sorts until the release. However, the fact that DICE have done this clearly indicates that this is the tool for the moment. It's good that we're getting on board with it now.
