I sent him a PM asking for a TS chat.  I intend to read him the riot act over the way he has handled the Noréia issue.  Factually he is correct, but it is a totally unacceptable way of dealing with it and contrary to our rules.  I do not believe we can tolerate that kind of vendetta/vigilante action within the community and it has to stop.  If not, then he can take a hike (to paraphrase what he said to Noreia).  Much as he is a very good healer, the community is bigger than any one person and DMR can survive without him.

Talk went well, he is sorry he said what he did, he had no idea we had already had several one-to-ones with Noreia and had plans.  He'll apologise to Noreia when he is next online.

Slush killed Lei Shen tonight with Doomcaliber knights (said it himself in gchat) but if I'm not wrong didn't he want to get demoted to social cause he was tired of raiding? just think its a bit wierd :/
Maybe there\'s something to be said for being different. We are who we are. What more could we ask for?

That was the guild I mentioned he wanted to raid with to do the 7th boss in the week when we might have got there ourselves.   As I said to everyone, I would not be surprised if there was an ulterior motive for his stepping down.
