4.3 & 25 man raiding

RGW have recently got themselves a fairly decent team together with just a couple of slots to fill.
RGT are now pretty well placed too with only 1-2 spots that we feel are weak.

So I'll ask the question again.  Do we try to roll with a 25 man group in 4.3?

Benefits
-faster gear up
-gives DMR a higher profile on the realm
-easier class balance
-better tuned fights
-reduces RGW RL load

Disadvantages
-more administration
-probably needs a more formal Role Leader structure than we currently run.
-we dilute the focus RGT currently has
-we might lose people to wrong raid days

I think we're close to being able to run a 25 man group effectively, but probably not there yet.  
Do we  want to run a 25 man raid?
I'm not sure either way.

I like the 10 mans. Every single person counts and needs to perform to a high standard to progress.  We have build up a strong team in RGT and no disrespect to RGW but they have a number of people that wouldn't cut it in RGT and that would slow us down in 4.3.  If we did decide to go with 25 man we would need to recruit to replace those people as well as needing extra's to fill the gaps.  We would also have to address the issue of too many tanks and healers for 25 man and there may not be enough of them happy to have their main role changed.

I soooooo want to go 25 man

but......

I just dont think we could do it .... tanks/raid days/performance/cover thrown in and you are looking at a large number of extra people needed to get it stable for 3 nights

2nd But......

Would it be possible to have the first raid day of the week 25 man?  I think its worth a chat on sunday if it was possible i would hate to see us miss the opertunity
