For 'console kids being favoured' read 'Sony gave us a ton of money'.

GTA IV was an XBox 360 exclusive for the first few weeks (months?) of release because Microsoft paid Rockstar to make it so. Sadly there is no one controlling vendor for the PC, so noone ever does this for us.

Also EA/Dice are in trouble because they promised Battlefield 1943 to come with the game at pre order, failed and trying to make up for it, so this and also they can now dl 1943 later .
