Boys and girls,

Unfortunatly I have to tell you that I will be resigning as RL and raider from RGW after upcoming wednesday.
School needs some attention and baseball will start soon again, School is about 40h p/w and baseball 20h+ p/w and somewhere in between I need something called work.

SO those 6,5 hours are turning very valuable for me, I could spend them for homework and fun things.
Fun is what I lost a bit in raiding, it was stressfull starting from 4.1 where we had to set everything up and pray for people turning up, but the results werent great either.
It was stressfull in FL, where we had to recruit more and even with our own group(no more alts) we didnt manage to get far without a nerf and we havent cleared it as team yet.

Now DS, where we still have the issues we had before, low DPS, low awareness and I am missing the will to raid from raiders.
we noticed the low dps at the slimey boss at first, but then a brick wall showed up at ultraxxion. not enough DPS, people having trouble to push a button.
People not prepotting even if asked multiple times close to zero responce on the forum thread made for this fight.
Then I am asking myself the question, do people want to raid? Caus if so, then you need to spend more time in it except those 6,5 hours.
It results in alot of spoonfeeding which shouldnt be needed in DS at all!

And then communication, we have a few players not using TS or the least possible, however the least possible should be yes, no, what?? and short questions.
This is unacceptable!

Anyhow those were my concerns for RGW. I did have a fun time though, some chitchat and fun runs when we had something on farm.
I enjoyed playing with you guys and maybe a new time will come

But for now Switch is going to take care of you guys, and I hope you will give him an easier time then you gave me.

I understand your motivation .. and somehow I feel a little responsible for this, lol "those people who .." unfortunately corresponds to my description.
I'm sorry and I feel guilty a little ... I always tried to do my best and thanks to you I was able to greatly improve my style of play.
I'm sad that you make a stop .. I hope soon ..; D

Hopefully things will get sorted for you in RL as that is prio!

Thanks for all your hard work and effort leading RGW to many kills nerfed or not!

We wouldnt of achieved any of this if you hadnt stepped up in the start...

Good luck with everything in RL mate. You're a good guy and i hope everything works out well for you.

I totally understand everything you mentioned in this post and i still have good faith that it will all turn out well for RGW in the longer run.

Thanks for spending lots of time in leading RGW and i hope you won't be a stranger.

But either way if you have the " WoW virus ", you'll be back at some point

Raid leading is a thankless task and full of criticisms and very little reward. It takes a special kind of person to constantly take the flack for any problems that pop up in the day to day running of a raid team and he has earnt his wings on this 10 fold. Rgw have made great progress form the ragtag team that was set up many many months ago to the slick machine that runs week in week out with a trouble free relaxed raiding environment is no small thing.
He has upheld everything that dMw stands for in the gaming world and has helped hold us on track, keeping our gaming reputation second to none.
We wish him the best with his studies and sport and hope the extra time will give him the success he deserves.

As mentioned Switch will be jumping in to head up Rgw.. Ill add he is not doing this alone. He will need your help (all of you) So please support get involved help out where you can. Iâ€™m sure he will be coming to some of you with some tasks to help lighten his workload. A change of RL usually comes with a change of dynamic for the raid and it needs people to embrace it and support it which im sure you all will

So its once again many many thanks to Dr Drea and best of luck to Switch:dmw:

What are you talking about Jas, we carry TL around the raid on our hands while singing songs in his honor.

We do take the **** out of the rest of the officers but you cant say you guys dont deserve it. ( especially whitey because when we wipe its always his fault ).

In all seriousness Dre has done a fantastic job and deserves his break so he can focus on trying to pitch that little leather baseball a little more accurately. Last baseball season Dre was a nightmare, his wind up was so uncontrolled that the short stop caught several pitches during one game. :norty:

Awww, too bad that you won't be around anymore mate...

I'm still kinda new to the guild but you were the one who got me in the guild and showed me around.
