Spent an hour last night after the rgw raid with switch and sharpe chilling them out. Herm and hane still refuse to use TS... I was listening in in ts and its holding up the raid at one point it was 10 mins before they got a reply from hermi....

When he asked her to say somthing she replyed "lol" in wisp. Fair play to switch he took the high ground and just fed back to me after. I told him to bench both unless needed and we open up recruitment. Its not just switch and sharpe having problen the long wait for replys and poor performance is sliping over into frustration for the rest of the team:eyebrow:
