Ops Leader for Second OP's Group

Hey all, After talking with Toby, and seeing the large ammount of people nearing 50 and expressing interest in OP's and the large amount of Reserves for the current sign up, we agreed to begin the setup of a 2nd OP's group (this would run on the same days as the current group to allow them to share the small pool of reserves remaining and to avoid day complications with other games).

So to begin with we need a 2nd Operations leader... Any Volunteers please post here :narnar:

What's the reasoning fro a second OPs group vs one 16 man group?

currently unconfirmed numbers of people and in the event we are short for the 16 man having to choose between the 13/14 people avialable etc plus peoples progression orientation, currently got a bunch of people really wanting to push for hardmode/nightmare mode whilst others wish to be more casual etc

Atm I think it is easier to manage 1 hard core group of 8 +reserves and 1 casual group with the "rest". When you have 16 to 20 players that are committed to raiding on the same level, you can start thinking about that

Guys wow old thread, the 2nd OP's group wont be made of those people on the rosta (KKND check our private forum) there are a bunch of new 50's coming in next week the idea is they will make the 2nd OP's group with a set rosta progressing to Hardmodes, anyone on reserve that week will be expected to go help the 2nd group with tactics or DPS assistance etc

Good call, we don't actually know how many end level people we're going to have when the dust settles from all the levelling. I'll personally be very happy with two active groups but there isn't actually any limit. We could run a third and a forth if needed. Although the logistics would start getting very complicated and we'd need volunteers to help organise stuff, otherwise we risk running Vladic into a nervous breakdown :norty:
