I'm torturing myself for money, anyone care to donate?

Specifically, i'm running 10k in the Bupa Great Manchester Run to raise money for Guide Dogs. Dear God, every single part of my body aches. I need to shave another 3-4 minutes off my time, as I said i'd do it in 50 minutes (what was I thinking?).

Raising, training and providing the equipment for even one guide dog costs a hell of a lot, and massively improves the life of those who are unlucky enough to need one but lucky enough to get one. Personally, I think it's a good cause.
