Moving on to hard mode

Now that our first group has completed all Operations on Normal Mode and are geared and skilled enough to move on to the next level, beginning next Thursday "23rd Feb" Hard Modes  will begin.

Congratulations to Vladic and the first Op Group and good luck.

Also we're close to getting enough people to Lv50 to begin a second raiding group, more details to follow.
