Yup i have said that i want all to watch the vid you posted and make notes on what you have said on the video.

In regards to targeting as you say TL the bolt is eaasy for ranged to hit...as they are ranged they dont have to move...to have a ranged bottom of the table for bolt is unacceptable....So take note of all the points from TL and Cynba and get some targeting macros! take 20secs to sort out!

Also with the terrors we have prio's on them....sharps target dies 1st...but again we lose 2-3 secs of dps due to targeting and the 2nd terror's target (treach) gets too many stacks and keeps dieing regardless of heals.

You can use some 'delay' tactics to help you here in extremis.    Hendrik could stand near end of platform and taunt Treach's Terror (Treach taunt back before it reaches Hendrik).  That way you have bought the few seconds needed on the 2nd one that kills Treach and slowed the tetanus stacks on Treach.

treach died because he got both of them on him initially, as someone trickd of the trade the mobs to him. This is part of the explanation. the other part is that my mob (the skull) didnt die fast enough, so when my mob was dead and i got rid of the debuff, treach took one big spike and died.

Looking at the logs, some of our ranged dps barely swaps or if they do, do f-all damage. I dont know the reason for this, but id assume its tied to spec and/or rotations.

All of this is tied to our groups previous(and current) problems with swapping targets. If we are to begin, and complete, some of the hardmodes, people NEED to be more attentive in their playstyle, or im gonna see a drop in my motivation pretty fast

How did it go yesterday? I dont see any comments on the Heroic Morchok post and the logs are not up yet... :)

Got him down to 8% seemed pretty easy from healer POV, will be down next week!
