I have left in 3 healers as i don't know at this point if Gortex is avail and geared etc.
We have otherwise 2 geared healers with 1 of them already done EV so far i know.

The tanks are geared up enough and have both experience in doing raids.

The dps front is where we have to take it slow and easy as we have 2 people in there that are new to raiding.
Smilo hasn't raided before but knows a bit about raiding, Meetuq (Oldie) it new to all of this.

I am also trying to get Advser or how the guy is called to get him on the forum and get him into the team as that would give as 1 extra dps as at the moment we have no reserve so far i know.



We have to drop 1 healer for this run, so give your thoughts about this setup and make it public as soon as possible.

Looks good, nice work I suggest checking with Gortex if he can make it. If he can't then we are sorted, if not then I think we drop voyak for this week but make sure he is in for the next.  Only because nystra has been with us longer.

Looks like a plan. Oldie has been doing Flashpoints and more of them than me, so I think he'll be fine. It's me you need to watch out for, the last raid I did was Molten Core!!. I can write the odd guide about raiding but actually doing it something else :D

Hey guys will make this easier for us all and I have a presentation to present on Thursday night which I don't think I can get out of. So for this run go with out me and I will log on to ts when I get home and listen in and help if needed.

Umm just noticed is I made a mistake, Sneaky Should really be in this first run as of what happened with Red group before the change,  Smilo is happy to stand down from DPS for this week, and we kind of said that he would be in the first wave.  

Can we get this sorted asap please.

Sorry guys I didnt want to do this, but I have swapped out Smilo for Sneaky, so he will be doing DPS, for this week.  Then we can get it back to normal, I am sorry if this makes your life hard, but I did kind of promise that he would be in, as he was cool about missing out on RG.

welll hhmmm you are swapping a dps for a tank...

Have you had a chat with him aswell, that he knows he has to go dps?
Otherwise we will have a little dps problem with 3 tanks in the group.
If that will be the case then i am happy to step away and get Smilo in as dps.

I have spoken to him and he is happy to go dps for this coming run.

After that I think he wants to go tank and we will have to see how that works out.

I just wanted him in on the first run.

If Voyak aint able to come we will have a problem as we then just have 1 healer. So far i know we don't have any other backup healer?

                                                                                                                                                                                                     voyak has posted he is ill and most likely wont make it. that  leaves us 1  healer short. im pretty sure bombafett is working this  thursday, i can  bring sharp to tank the normal modes no probs, but that  leaves us 1 dps  short as well. maybe revise the list a bit and look  for an in guild  healer. gear requirements for normal mode is not very  high

hhmmm another thing we need is a dps. Asked smilo but he has to work this evening.

This gives us a healer and a dps problem.

Also another option is pugging people, but i want to avoid that for our first run, as those people are expecting an nice and easy run and since this will be our first ops run incl with people that havn't raided before it won't go as they hoped.

On the other hand we might have Talset as dps, but that brings us with 3 melee. But i it gives us a dps but then i don't know yet if he is avail, will send him a pm. But our biggest concern is then still the healer spot.

Ok so what happens if we dont get a healer we can run it.  I suggest what we do is to find something else they can do world bosses, the higher level one, or some hard mode runs?

The dps is sorted, Talset is able to play.

But it might be an idea to get the people that need the experience and gear into hardmodes.

The only world boss that might be interesting needs around 12/14 people to kill and not really a great thing to do.

So if anyone has some suggestions etc please say so. As people would also like to know what is going to happen as soon as possible.
And i know it is now a bit of waiting if Voyak is fit enough, but i don't want to stress him as sick is sick and he should not play when he aint fit enough.

I am not around tonight, so I dont mind whatever the team does, if the OP is not going to work, then I think Hardmodes and or do a data crom run with twisted.  And get the new player on the hardcore run and run it like a proper OP.  

If Voyak turns up great but he has said he is ill then he is ill.  And we need to have this plan sorted.
