Healers

Gents we have 2 healers in RG and 4 in BG sharp and others have suggested we offer a place to one of the BG  healers.

So we have to check 2 with BG Leaders are happy and also RG leaders are have signed of. Then we offer it to the healers and see if any are happy to move.

Then it will be getting the person up to the gear level needed.  

This is a idea and if we go with it that's how I see it working.  

So what you gents feel?

Well that was my idea aswell as 4 healers in BG is atm overkill. BG can expect a few more players then RG as we are at the moment just starting and giving new people a change to learn the end game content etc.


But we also got a reaction from at least one RG leader and that is that they want to expect that the current RG players will be swapping specs when needed to. This i can understand for a bit, but won't work and i don't think that they are aware that they are already in trouble with the players they have for their team.

At the moment they don't have any backup healer, and soon even a dps problem. The only thing they have sorted correctly and very nice are the tanks. So yeah i would like to see an extra healer into that group.
And i think Gromit would be a wise choise as he knows some of them in real life etc and will fit in nicely. But that is my opinion.

Well i maked two rosters for next week for the Blue Group, but i left Gromit out of the roster as i don't have a clue to which group he "belongs".

We can still change the rosters etc. but do we have some info on where we are standing at the moment?
