Deri and Hanne

So,ive been having issues with deri,hanne and prenight over the last month.Its been voiced over TS with Hal and Jas...they keep hassling me over dps from other players,loot and such. Ive spoken with them all and they have been better.

Tonight we had are grp and 1 extra dps,as cynba was late and didnt need the boss we were on,i took hanne. After 10mins of trying to get him on TS and in chat i got cynba in.1st boss killed.

So we went onto hagara.Hanne asked to bring his rogue in to "pickpocket" and i agreed last week that he could as he's a raid member. He also needs loot on his mage for the actual fight. I /w him again to log on,said over TS etc...no reply so we went for it.Im not wasting 10 peoples time just for 1.
He then replied half way through the fight saying why wasnt he in, i replied over TS that he had been afk. With that he logged from TS and the game.

We then went on and killed warmaster and a break was called.

I kicked hanne from the raid.He was not available through chat or ts for almost an hour and then when i told him he wasnt in he logged off both. Imo he doesnt deserve to earn dkp. Deri piped up about this and i said over ts my reasoning.

So the night continued. Cutting a long story short,we were waiting as some1 had dc'd. Deri rang hanne (as they are RL friends) and slagged of myself sharp and sithy with sharp being they main target. He must of had push to talk on or voice activation.

It was heard by every1 on ts. and as we have several other swedish spking players it was translated and im not happy with what was being said. One of the things said was he thought ice hockey was more important than the raid...thats why he was afk.

Imo i dont want hanne to raid again...hes generally late,rude,hassles me over others dps,and then after tonight that was kind of the final straw. In regards to deri i dont really know waht to do....he used to hassle me but doesnt anymore but he turn round tonight and called a RL (sharp) a bitch or something along those lines and slagged myself and sithy off.

Hal was in for alot of the night and we all spoke after. Im making this post just to have you guys updated and its on record and hopefully we can all have a chat 2moro b4 raid so you can hear sharps view and sithys view and then with the officers guidance we can make a decision.

I will say though. I dont want Hanne in my raid group anymore.

Hanne then said he wouldnt be about if I didnt sort my attitude out. I asked Hal to demote him to social which he did. Sorry if im rising above my station but...

With that he quit.

Deri is pleading that its all a misunderstanding.

Welcome to the life of a raid leader.  :sad:

You did absolutely the right thing and I support the action taken;  if you do not want Hanne in your raid then he does not need to be in it.  Some times the raid needs to go through these pains to grow and become stronger.  It sounds like what has happened will be good in the long term as long as we knuckle down and push through it in the short term.  

Re Deri, I'd do another TS chat with him and include me or Jas so that he gets the message about acceptable behaviour.   RGW is more important than he is and he needs to understand that if he cannot abide by our rules then he needs to leave.

My 2 cents is that we should quickly see if you need to recruit anyone to replace and let's move the group forward asap.

Dont let it gind you bud ... you followed exatly what should be done if ya not about you dont get dkp. As for the phone conversation then thats not on at all. we have been constantly getting problems with hanne and this may have saved us from removing him

When you bring in a bunch of tight friends its often the case they make a mini guild inside the raid an you get this sort of problem. I would give him a couple of days cooling off. If he comes back with cap in hand and can in some way make you feel comfotable having him back in the raid then its your call. If not then best of luck in the world of pugs as hes not going to last in any raid team with that attitude

Dont loose any sleep over it. Its just kids showing how crap they can be.... we always find them out in the end ....and the replacement will be somone who wants to raid and gels with the gp rather than sniper taking shots at people to make themself look ok
