Im thinking its a no at first glance  

Just the fact hes raiding on his main in another guild thats 3/8 heroic .... but if ya put that behind you then its a good app and maybe worth a trial as he knows the fights

Mmm,always good to have a spare melee . But our 2 are always there and couple bosses are single tank so we have another for OS. The grp is running with quite alot of geared OS's i know its not ideal but we are covering every role atm.

His app....comes across quite arrogant imo and says he is progressing with another char in another guild...that = burnout to me...i tried it raiding RGT and RGW and it doesnt work as we all know :) also if he has 3hc kills RGW only have 1. he may get impatient etc .

Sorry if you think im being harsh but after the last few months of apps RGW have had im being very careful. I dont want anymore people upseting the raidgrp.

I had a look this morning on wow prog .. his droood main is 3/8Heroic not the pally

Fair point switch if ya happy with the melee you have dont fix what isnt broken
