i don t know how to really start this and sorry for my spelling.

Im a recovering alcholic. Prob spelt wrong. I havent had a drink for 26 days till tonight.

Thats why im pretty useless with running logs and such and just generally quite argumentative.

WoW has given me a great outlet to channel my time into and you guys have appointed me as raid leader for RGW which i love. I just hope im not letting you down in any way.

Im really struggling at the moment iwish i...i dont know.

IM falling apart and you guys have been so good as RGW is what is keeping me off the drink but people arent turning up or permorming to their standard,which really frustrates me. iknow im not the best.

I dont want to take a break as rgw are progressing slowly but surely,but  i just really dont know what to do with myself.

Don’t beat yaself up we all have our issues ... Jump back on the wagon and call it an aberration

 The logs ect we can sort that’s just a case of getting used to running them so they become second nature. If not then dish out the jobs to others. I don’t find you argumentative (yes you do. no I don’t!) I think your decisions in game come across as very moderated.

 Rgw performance will always be an issue .... the commitment is lower than Rgt and we can see that thru not being able to hold 3 raid nights. I don’t think that’s always a bad thing as 3 weeks and 160 wipes to get a kill is not for everyone. All we can do is monitor attendance and performance and recruit / sit people that are having problems with it.

 I’m happy with the progress of Rgw ... I would like a few more heroics down but under your wing its cleared content and farming normal every week that’s no small thing

I'd second what Jas said, you tend to come over in a well-reasoned sensible way, certainly not argumentative and the raid have responded positively to your leadership - remember it was under your leadership that the recent progress was made!   The fact that we lose a couple of people will always hurt, but we recruit, replace and keep moving forward.   Just grab us on TS if you need to talk anything through Switch, if I'm not online and you need me then you can call me on 07971 472854.
