Operations and you

Guys we have two successful groups run Operations,  everyone that wants to generally is getting a shot at this content.  Which is some thing that I and The Dark Council have wanted for this guild.

It great to see the progression continue in both groups and with 1.2 on the horizon I hope that continues.

Yes there is a but coming and this is a reminder to all Operations players current and those that want to take part in the future.

You should know the tactics for each of the boss fights, yes the Op leaders are there to coordinate the run and to do the calls to start attacks etc, and this is a tough job which is made harder by people not knowing the way these fights work.

It is not only the tactics but your role in the group as well and how your role works with in the operations and what is expected of you for each of the fights.  

I understand that sometimes things happen and it will change but if you know your role and the usual tactics you will be able to adapt quickly.

This is expected of everyone  in the team .   If 1, 2 or more are not sure then it effects your guild mates and it will mean completing content much harder.

So if your not sure of the tactics check out the boss compendium, there are also loads of resources to help with roles, also speak with other members of the guild as I am sure they will be more  than happy to give some pointers.

Once again you are doing great,  lets keep it going !!!!!!!

Guys just a bump for new people and the old, it was pretty obivous that we are lacking in the knowledge that we once had, so please re read up on the tactics and know your postions and what you are doing.  

I know that this is a old post but it still hold true to what is needed from all of us.
