I've decided to cancel my subscription. There just doesnt feel to be enough in  the game for me, I have about 10 days left on my account I should be around a bit, but not a lot.
I may give it asnother go in the future when there is more evoloution going on but at the moment im bored with it.

Sheepy appears and begins to stroke my head. According to his slurred drunken speech I am "lovely and like a fuzzy felt". Thankfully he soon leaves and passes out somewhere. [/quote]

Really sorry to hear this mate, you will always be welcome back anytime.  See you around mate.

I dont care who you are! You cant join the procession if you dont have a cross.

Sad to hear it Sheepy. I guess a lot of us are just sitting on our ass waiting for the 1.2 patch really. I've mostly just been playing low lvl pvp when I'm on lately. Hope to see you back though mate :)

I'm curious what the expectation is here? The MMO's I've played have always had a level grind, gear grind and then you're just left clearing Flashpoints, Operations, PvP or crafting to make monies.
All of the above I find more enjoyable in SWTOR to any other.

I think the levelling in other MMO's was a much longer and richer experience. while the full voice acting in SWTOR is a really nice touch it clearly has limited the number of quests they could include and meant that getting to Lv 50 is a much easier process than in WOW for example. WOW took ages to level through and there were many things to go off and do along the way. SWTOR is just too easy and light to get through. What should have been in place at the start was a more complex and richer raiding experience. Two fairly easy instances that can be cleared and geared quite simply isn't enough. I fear unless there's a lot more fun things to do at Lv 50 SWTOR could run into trouble.

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

I levelled a warlock through BC -> lich king. I spent 6 months doing it enoying it.
I levelled a DK afterwards, spent maybe a month levelling it faster.
I levelled a rogue start of cata, hit 85 in about 2 weeks. One of the reaons is that they practically removed all breakcrumb quests and as such all quests are pretty much contained within the same zone.
This leads for faster levelling and is the same system employed by SWTOR.

So you've cleared NiM EV and KP? Pretty sure we haven't even cleared EV HM yet (but also confident we will soon).
As to fun things todo, what are there for the fresh 85 in WoW that are not available in SWTOR?

All this (i'm unsubbing business) rly makes no sense.  From what I hear specifically from a few in our guild during the raid or so is "i don't come on or do any of the other stuff, only the raid as i don't have time or can never be bothered to try the other stuff out".

There is still lots to do at 50, not to mention 1.2 hitting soon.  Have u done all the Fp's at 50 and hm?, Have you tried the daily quests? Have you tried a different class? Have you tried the republic side which virtually makes up half of the game that you have possibly missed out on.

- Not tried nightmare ops yet
- Have u went datacron hunting
- PvP (which is being improved significantly in 1.2)
- Events are coming..
- World bosses
- helping low level guildies?
- Did u get the 10+ datacron yet?
- New OP coming
- New fp coming
- New wz
- Legacy

The list goes on, it seems people are leaving without giving it thought or following example from others who have took leave recently for other reasons.  Makes no sense to me :/

Before this thread goes too far off the beaten track:
Much as I respect others opinions, we should be open enough to respect theirs.  If you feel the game is good enough then that's a valid opinion, but if they feel it is lacking then we should recognise that their opinion is valid too.  As Sheepy was one of the first to level and to be involved in the first hard mode kills, I'm pretty sure he has done the things you say he has missed Sindri (future unreleased content excepted).  As Sheepy has played MMOs for at least 8 years I think he's sufficiently experienced to form his own opinion on the game.

I recognise that but that is 3 people who have left without giving much of an explanation, rather just a "cya" if anything :/.

As is their right, and again I wish them well and all the best.
