Planned Maintenance Outage - Saturday 14th April 2012

BA4 will be down for a few hours early Saturday morning due to planned maintenance work on the power supply at our rack in Telehouse North.  

When BA4 is offline all BA4-hosted game servers, TS3, the website and forums will be unavailable.  We'll be back in time for breakfast!

Please be advised that an Emergency Outage is required affecting the server co-location space you occupy in Telehouse North in London.

A power fault has been identified with one of the PDU units servicing a number of racks in the suite in which your equipment is located.  This resolution of this fault requires that new power cabling is run along with an upgrade to the PDU unit.  As a result, power will be lost to the rack in which your equipment is currently located whilst this work is carried out.  Brightstar has been given permission to be onsite to supervise the work and to ensure your hardware is gracefully powered down and then checked to ensure service is restored.

The actual downtime experienced could be up to 3 hours in total during the stated outage window.  This outage window is as follows:

Start of Outage Window: Saturday 14th of April 2012 00.00AM
End of Outage Window: Saturday 14th of April 2012 06.00AM
Expected Outage Duration: Up to 3 Hours
