Guys we are at the stage where we really need people to keep the runs going so, we have adverstised with in the community and no one has got back to us, so below is a message for us to give out to entice people in.

These people will have to start to use the Application proccess now.

I would like to bump this aswell, since we need many people for the raids to come back to 2 teams and i could use a bit of help in PVP, since Ranked Warzones are available for premades only.

If you guys feel it needs more or less no worries post up and discuss it but I think we should have a message ready for you and the LT to start shouting out to people.  Also do we want critical mass or quality?  Ie do we just invite and see how they do or do we want them to use the application.  I am at the moment leaning towards the applications, but that is my view.

Keep that separate. Merging guilds should be talked about in private with the gm and officers from both sides, not in the open channels etc.

If you think that something like a merge will work in the benefit of DMW then sure go and poke around but remember they have to adjust to our settings/rules and join under our flag.

Ok then, so if i find anyone familiar i can send them a message about the guild merge, and then invite them over to negotiations by sending in-game mail to all our Officers, Toby and the other guild's GM. I'll create an in game channel for that and inform You here on the forums so we can decide the date of the negotiations. Shall i attach a TS invitation in the mail aswell?

I think if we find is ok but hunting for then or just spamming out we want to eat your guild will not give us a very good appearance.  If we find some one I suggest they you post up in DC some contact detail and what they are looking for and we can go from there.

btw, so when I'll find someone, I'll invite them to the guild with the rank of "Recruit" and after the approval of application here, we'll set his rank to Member, correct?

Yeah I would do that, when we can see what they are like and make sure they have signed up to the fourms etc
