Very strange post from him which I had not read before I got an even stranger whisper last night.   Basically he said he has had it with raiding, wants to be demoted to Social and is giving up WoW,.  He thinks DMR is the best, and if he is not enjoying it in DMR then he need not pay X euros per month to play the game.   Very short, very wierd, very Finnish (pun intended).

I'm thinking some on whether I think we need to recruit another ranged dps.   I'll get back to you when I have gathered my thoughts.

well we have mal gearing up but thats still going to be a few weeks

Average DPS per raid currently = 5.58 (4.3 ranged, 1.28 melee)

We need to be able to field 5 all the time, 6 often and occasionally 7 quality dps and we now have just 7 dps left in the raid group (alt specs excluded).  This leaves is no cover really for holidays, absences or summer.

With Torgen's RL > WoW statement and other people's not 100% attendance, I'm erring on the side of getting another ranged dps.  I'd rather queue than be short of main spec dps and we've recently suffered the consequences of having to use non-main spec dps (and seen the drop-off in numbers).

removed badge and ejected alts from guild .... it seems hes gone from the guild and is now raiding with Desolate on Ravencrest

Damn wierd tbh.   Nvm, we don't need wierd in the guild, we do better without and it's not a particular issue to replace with Ayla already in-guild.
