Had a response to one of my recruitment shouts and I got him on TS and we had a long chat about why we wanted people, the type & age of people etc.  He sounded really grounded, mature, reliable.  All his questions were good questions (if that makes sense).

We did not get around to gear (and he's in PVP gear atm) but he seems to have done some raiding before, has done 3/8 HC on that toon and has had some previous raid experience - it sounded like he has had attempts at HC Spine & HC Ragnaros so he might well have done it on other toons and used his warrior to scope us out for a re-roll for MoP to this guild.

His warrior is GM of Organized Chaos according to amory, but I do not know who is main is at this time.

He will probably stick an app in.  If he does I recommend we get him on TS for an interview right away as he sounds like he might fit in real well.

Closure >> Slackers was part of the big split in Closure where a whole bunch of people left Closure, so he is clearly aware of the way things work in raid guilds.  It would be worth asking him about though as that's a lot of guild changes for that time period!

Tell us a bit about yourself! Who are you? Where are you from? How old are you? What kind of work do you do?
My name is kyle, Im from Cambridge but orignally from belfast (Moved away due to the troubles) im 18 years young, So still diapers
compared to you lads. I've currently started working in a retail enviroment from early times (6-10 AM) So i pretty much have ALL day to play games (I work 5 days a week).

Tell us about your personality, and why you enjoy the game.
I like pushing my best in all terms of raiding, Be that dps, Raid awareness, Analyzing logs, Ranking on logs, And just being a nice raider who can be depended on. I enjoy the game due to the strategy and relationships i form in a raid group, I find that raiding with a group of people for so long turns them into freinds (I hope!) and in that in turn inspires dedication to one another to push your performance to defeat encounters.

How long have you been playing computer games and what kind?
I started playing the game boy colour and remember my first game, Dexters something and robot wars haha. In literal terms of computer gaming i started with runescape (boo) I found the game too grindy and dropped it fairly quickly, I then had a freind at school reccomend wow. I bugged my mother to buy the battle chest and here i am 3 expansions later! I tend to play some fps games also (cod black ops, Mostly zombies) and i also run emulators of ps2 games (maximo 1+2 and the medal of honour ps2 series)

There are other guilds on the server, why did you apply to us?
I liked what i saw, Needless to say i felt compelled to ask the trade ad recruiter and he invited me to ts (Very surprised at that ) and having talked with him could see myself staying here.

What other guilds have you been in and why did you decide or were forced to move on?
Just closure, And i feel i need to move after some confliction within the raid group between a certain few people. I shall elaborate if asked too in ts.

None.

Outrageous. How dare i act civilized!, Kidding I respect them, And think there a good read.

What do you look for in a guild?
Seriousness, Maturity, Not scared of benching underperfomers, Tough leadership.

Do you actively play any alts that we could find you in in case we need to contact you?
Not really

People whom were too serious and died in there chairs

What are your plans for the game? In what way would you like others to know you?
My plans are to improve as much as i can, I'd like others to know me as a strong dps who's loyal.

Name one thing you don't like about WoW in its current state.

A guildie says something you find offensive, what do you do?
Nothing, I dont find anything offsensive really not even about me (Working in retail does that to a persons soul)

The armour looks kickass ._.

To give some crazy single target damage, And be a valuable raid asset (In terms of shouts, Regen, Mild defensive tanking.

Comment on your build. Why did you choose it? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those?

Worth a trial although I don't see what's funny in sticking resilience gems in the PVE gear (what am I missing?).

Did he say anything about his tank gear as I see he has a tank spec?

A good question to ask him on TS I guess!  Good spot, I had looked at ilevel and given it a cursory glance and not seen that until you mentioned it.

Just some information as to why we removed you from the guild

Simple  fact is you decided to raid with another guild on a night when you  should have been raiding with us. After a couple of attempts to contact  you on your lock you flagged yourself as away. Also with your attendance  also being so low in general the officers decided that we should fail  your trial  

We don't want people using Dmr as a place to pop in and gear up alts. We want people dedicated to building *our* raid team.

If you feel we have taken this action in error please feel free to contact myself or one of the other officers
