We're full on healers but I had a chat with Puja and he says she's a really good raider and he thought she would be happy to switch to Ele Shaman as her main if we ask.  i397 gear level but i'm sure we could get that up quickly.  Can we offer the Ele spot if she wants it?

I dont have that much dibs on the range team but I think overall we are lacking dps spots and a ele shaman would be nice so I'd say yes

Good raiders are hard to find, gear we can fix and we have a spot for ele shaman.  Prob best to have a chat with her on TS and if she sounds ok then we can offer.  I'll invite her to TS for a chat with us tonight, I like to hear them on TS as it tells me something about them.

Hi there, I was just pondering this earlier, and wanted to put it too you.  With the new expansion looming next year (im guessing early next year - might be wrong though) did you want me still on the monk, as, well in all honesty, i dont have a viable raid off spec, well, i do, but not one that im good enough to raid with, ive never jelled with stabby stabby classes like that.  Casters, i can get my head round better as far as damage types go.  I just wanted to throw this out there (well to you first).  I am more than happy to stay with my mistweaver, but, if you wanted me to go back to another healer type, im more than happy to do that too - although, i would say not to my paladin, as its the same problem where off specs are concerned.

I'm glad I'm not the only one still confused about what to call you - I see you used three names too! :roflmao:
I vote for a name change to Ayla and a reduction in the number of 'Z' in the raid

Seriously though, we've not really got that far ahead in our thinking for the next expansion at the moment, we're more focused on pushing the heroic content to the end.    There will no doubt be opportunities to re-roll, but I suspect the driving force is to let us know what you prefer playing.   The shaman fits your bill better in that respect from what you have said as it has a caster offspec.

Keep us updated on what you prefer and we can then try and work it into whatever we aim to do in the next expansion.  The raid always changes a little in new expansions, so I guess we'll have some opportunities available.

As soon as we get a gear reset we can flip back to the shaman. I don't think it will be viable to do mid tier
