- Tell us a bit about yourself! Who are you? Where are you from? How old are you? What kind of work do you do?

28 years old guy who is enjoying to be a geek in short. I'm from Saudi Arabia and living in capital city called Riyadh. I used to be working as Projects Manager for several years and now I'm running my own business.
 
- Tell us about your personality, and why you enjoy the game.

My personality type is  ISTJ based on Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to refer to one of sixteen personality types.

I'm playing this game for more than 7 years right now (I was playing WoW since Beta closed in US servers).

Guru is my main character since day one so it is hard for me right now to just quit on Guru.

- How long have you been playing computer games and what kind?

"I was born with a joystick".

I'm playing FPS, TPS, RPG, MMORPG, Arcade and Racing.

- There are other guilds on the server, why did you apply to us?

Actually, not so many progression guilds are available at the moment in this server.

For me to a choose a new guild, I'd relay on friends feedback to assist me on judgements.

So I relayed on Puja's Judgement since I was playing with him for around 3 years and we both fully understand each other.
 
- What other guilds have you been in and why did you decide or were forced to move on?

Eluo: I left since I was finishing my MBA and my connection at that time was crappy.

Equanimity: Several guild dramas and lack of progression.

SPQ: Conflicts with GM in many aspects.

- Who do you know in Dead Men Raiding? How do you know them?

I know Puja very well since we have been raiding in Equanimity together for around 3 years.
 
- Have you read our 'what we look for' and 'philosophy' posts? What do you think of them?

Yes and I'm sure that I'll fit to both of them.

- What do you look for in a guild?

Maturity and fun in 1st place, teamwork and finally progression.
 
- Do you actively play any alts that we could find you in in case we need to contact you?

- What are your plans for the game? In what way would you like others to know you?

My plan is: Raiding, raiding and even more raiding.
For second part of the question: "The guy who hates to be beaten by pixels".
 
- Name one thing you don't like about WoW in its current state.

LFR System.

- A guildie says something you find offensive, what do you do?

" Ignorance is a bliss " to a certain level.

The cake wasn't a lie so definitely cake for me.

- Which evenings of the week are you available to raid?

I'm sure that I can cover the raiding requirements  of DMR and even more for alts if needed as raiding for me is the main reason to play this game.
 
- Can you and will you speak actively with other guild members on Teamspeak and in guild chat?

Yes.

- Do you have a stable internet connection?

4 MB dedicated circuit is more than enough for raiding.
 
- What sort of frame rates do you get when raiding?

60 FPS during raiding (with TB & VS On). I'm running 2 x ATi 7950 OC from HIS on Eyefinity setup.

Without using TB & VS it goes to around 120 FPS +.

- What kind of raiding experience do you have?

Over 7 years of gaming experince as I stated before.

Also I used to be an officer and MT in SPQ.

For the current expansion:

DS: 8/8 on Heroic.

FL: 7/8 on Heroic (We had several attempts on Raggy and we have reached the last phase.)

ToTW: 2/2 on Heroic.

BWD: 5/6 on Heroic.

BoT: 4/5 on Heroic.

I'm pretty good in every spec that warriors can play: Protection, Fury and Arms.

Currently playing as Protection MS and Arms OS.

Arms iLevel: 398

- Why did you decide to play this class?

Because it was my 1st class that I've played. I spent a lot of time to master it and perfect every spec.

- What do you think your class' role is in raid content?

As a tank: being proactive, making healers happy, knowing encounters and fixing others mistakes.

As a DPS: delivering the optimal performance and maximizing my dps and overall dps by using buffs / debuffs in each encounter.

- Comment on your build. Why did you choose it? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those? (important question)

Well, I'm applying here for both Tanking and DPS specs and I'm not sure DMR would take over these two specs. So, I'll talk about both of them:

(Protection Specs):

This is my main spec for progression.

I picked up this one to deliver the maximum dps as a tank which will be translated into TPS and also with good amount of survivability.

In some fights such as DW Heroic I might change to:

The reason for this spec is P2 on DW heroic where applying slowing effects is crucial.

So having Piercing Howl gave us a kill since we had only Frost DK in our group who can apply the slowing effect (and he was doing good till the 3rd wave of bloods, then meh).

In general, I used to solo tanking many bosses in DS Heroic by using main spec provided before along with switching trinkets for each encounter.. Here is an example:

Warlord Zon'ozz = Solo tanking and using Mirror of Broken Images trinket.

Yor'sahj the Unsleeping = Solo tanking and using Mirror of Broken Images trinket.

Hagara the Stormbinder = Solo tanking and using Stay of Execution trinket.


(Arms Specs):

Best spec for single target:

Getting Blood and Thunder will increase the overall dps in fights such as: Yor'sahj the Unsleeping and P2 on DW heroic (Bloods).

(Fury Spec):

This spec is optimal for Spine heroic since Fury in this fight will deliver more dps outcome on Tendon over Arms spec.

Also using the VP trinkets to maximize dps on tendon.

Guru's been around a while, I met him for the first time when he joined Eluo as a fury warrior.  More recently he's been a main tank for SPQ's raid so with that history I'm sure he will have an account on .xsa!
