Tried to jump on the server join as cannon fodder. You guys are running a vanilla map and I get the usual "this server is running B2K you may get kicked" I hit join anyway but i get nothing.

Just wondering if we are running some config thats only for extra content

Ahhh after a dig around it seems that dice have changed that you now cant join a B2k or CQ server even when its running a vanilla map. The excuse is that when it changes to a dlownload content map it killed the game as the vanilla players were kicked. Not that they are forcing more people to buy the extra content :P

Its ours ... I see you all

I don't play the game enough to make going premium worth while. I enjoy a game on Friday's but we seem to mostly play vanilla maps so Im not throwing money at EA to play content I already have. I was along the lines of if a B2k map comes along fair enough ill get kicked and join next map. If they keep it like this i can just see the player base getting fragmented at each expansion
