T
wyst eventually gets my vote, but on the other hand, giving him greater responsibility could be troubling, given his "ego" and our ops team not doing so good lately.

KKND

Agree whe are not gonna boost his ego!

We are comming on a point that we might not really have a choise, or one of DC has to step in and go for it.

yeah, as i've typed in, He gets my vote, and i just thought about it, since he'll have to look after the team -> Kano

If I can add a comment here:

It is extremely rare to find a 'perfect' leader hidden in the deep grass of your troops.   Far more often you will find someone who has some of the qualities, but not all of them, and whom will need a degree of coaching and guidance as to how they should operate so that they can develop into a good team leader.   The coaching & guidance comes from you.

So, you can see Twisted as a problem, or as an opportunity to shape him into a good leader.   He has some of the qualities you need: he's vocal, opinionated and passionate about the game.   The rest you need to work with him on, not least of which might be how he 'should' act as an appointed officer/admin/Op Leader for dMw.   From my personal experience that's the bit where he would need coaching & guidance from you guys - in a supportive way.

So the question is more: "are YOU up to the job of being an SWTOR Dark Council member?"

I think its not the question if whe wanna help him, cos whe do.
But Twist has nasty habbits that will only grow if hes gonna be leader for ops.
Will see if whe can polish him then!!

I'm absolutely not telling you to appoint him, that's your decision.  What I'm saying is that someone with a strong personality and some nasty habits can sometimes be shaped into something that works really well for us.  The nasty habits might go away with the gaining of collective responsibility that comes with promotion.   Good counsel might also help him knock off those sharp corners.

Over to you!
