Just to minute this for info, we agreed on TS last night (fairly quickly and without dissent) that he will fail trial after the Madness kill this Tuesday evening.   Reasons being language barriers, lack of attentiveness (possibly also to do with the language barrier) and some of the attitude & swearing he has shown during trial.

We also agreed to speak to Slush and advise him beforehand given that Kînetiskais is his Arena partner.

Replacements are already in place with Jinx on his DK (and Midd will fill the final spot with is mage).

Damn that was hard.  I had a chat and explained things.  He asked if he could stay in guild as social until he finds another raiding guild so I have changed his status rather than kick.
