A special meal

A tourist traveling through Spain stops at a local restaurant after a long hike. Sipping his Sangria, he notices a juicy dish being served at the next table. Not only does it look delicious, it smells great as well.
- "What did you just serve?" he asked the waiter.
- "Oh," said the waiter. "Those are testicles from this mornings bullfight. A grand delicacy!"
Put off at first, the tourist asks;
- "Could you bring me one of those as well?"
- "I'm sorry señor, there's only one serving available per day, seeing as how there's only one bullfight each morning. If you return tomorrown and order it then, I'll be happy to serve you!"
So, the next morning the tourist returns, orders the dish and gets served. After a few bites and a cursory inspection of his plate, he calls the waiter over.
- "These are lovely and all, the taste is excellent, but they do seem to be a lot smaller than what you served yesterday."
The waiter shrughs.
- "Si si, señor, but some times the bull wins..."
