Lots of new faces on tonight also! Seen Oberg and some other faces (girl with a mustache).

sorry for the bad play and connecting-reconnecting, turns out my fibre is fecked  even though one of ours Indian friends at BT said nothing was wrong yesterday.

So when i called back today i got a really competent person from the same call centre who actually knew what they were talking about and when i mentioned it was re-syncing he knew what i was on about. He checked the line and told me the previous person hadn't checked it....
It was hard faulted at the exchange and he got  a repair scheduled as we spoke.  why cant we get that from BT all the time

Because they have a nationwide shortage of engineers, MBORC's etc. And they are BT. And TTB are no better. And neither are Virgin....and and and..
