So few are still under geared and mario isn't on but really want to start tonight. Sharp has his tank gear at 360 so we can use him.    

Weds icy can't raid nor can mario. Me I can yet its the night before I leave to the LAN so would like to spend some time with the famille. I can come on but it won't be till about 9 gametime.
So should I make a post saying we are staring later? ...

I think it is really important to get a raid going on Wed, so do whatever is needed to make it work.   Momentum is easy to kill, so let's use the enthusiasm they have for raiding and get it underway.   If people are too slow levelling or gearing, then in reality you might need to consider replacing them.

Yup get in asap .... time spent on the boss will be worth more than any Ilvl at the start.

If you need to call a raid early / late its still better than not running at all.
