No_SteamID

I have spent the best part of the last 2 hours manually checking that every registered member on the forums has a SteamID listed.  The ones that did not got moved to the NoSteamID group (including a few of our own!).  Bet someone will tell me an easier automated way to do it now

Should be fairly easy to keep on top of from here on in as we only have to check the recent ones.

I know we have no SteamID checker on the server yet, but I live in hope that we will do someday.
