Anyone else read these? I'm half way through book 3 at the moment, and can't put it down. Not only is it King's finest work (excluding perhaps book 1...), it is very quickly finding a home in my top 3 or so reads, perhaps heading for that #1 spot...

Yep, finished the entire series of books - an amazing adventure I think, narrated beautifully and imaginative. Plus, Roland is soo coool.

Working my way through it again. About to start on book 5.. although I should probably re-read book 4 first, it's been a decade since I finished that..

Ha! I'm pleased to see you getting back into them, but yeah, I'd go over book 4 again or at least read through some catch-up stuff on teh interwebs.

I'm currently in book 3, on the way to Lud.
