Blood Spirit.... Oooo I could do with some of them

So some nice kit starting to become available. Here is how we hand them out

You can only bid if you know the item can be made and you know someone to make it
You bid on Blood Spirit only gained from your raid team (bank tab for rgw/rgt)
They are only to be used for a main spec upgrade (not AH not offspec at the mo)
To be eligible to bid your attendance levels must be above 66% and not on raid trial
They will be given out as a set to make 1 item
Only one set of Blood Spirit per member (this will change when more become available)
Bids sent via in-game mail / or pm. Please add what gear you are going from and to. If we get the same bids we will take this into account
Who is farming the Spirit of Harmony for you

One week earlier and I would have put in for a set of 4 for cloth gloves, but I had a drop this week that makes it only a slight upgrade, so hopefully someone else can make better use of them than any slight upgrade on my hands!

Firstly you need to know what is best in slot (or very close to) for this non-heroic tier rather than asking 'I'd like random stuff if we have someone who can make something'. So please go do the research on what works for your character so that you know whether or not it is worth getting made - not all craftable gear will be worth crafting, especially given that there are really limited supplied of the bloods and that 4-8 are need per crafting, so making stuff if we can is not what we should be doing.

Secondly, once you figure out what your own gear requirements are (there are plenty of class specific lists out there to help you decide) and if that list then includes a crafted blood item, then use the guild crafting list to see if there is a crafter, or for that wanted BIS item seek a non-guild crafter who would be willing to fulfill the need.

Finally, you need the attendance numbers stated above. Iirc we're measuring RGW from 24th October which is RGW's first full week of raiding and you measure only 53% attendance at the moment. As the minimum required for bloods is 66% then you would not qualify anyway.

Sorry if this sounds harsh Sithy, I'm not trying to be nasty, just trying to explain what needs to be done to get these currently very rare bloods. We have so very few that we need to ensure the raid gets maximum benefit from them.

Apologies the in game roster to check who can make what isn't working properly (i'm getting 4 items craftable per person only!).

I'm interested in Robe of Eternal Rule if anyone can make it. I'm upgrading from Spelltwister's Robes (476). I'll follow Guru's lead and bid here. !bid 10.
