Yeah i maked a topic about myself

But to get to the serieus part,

At this moment i don't know what to do, you all know that i have problems in my personal live, the biggest one has been my work. And finding a new job aint easy at this time.
But things have been improving a bit, the management noticed their mistake and sort of apologised, they at least admitted how important i am to keep the wharehouse running.
My teamleader is still a pain but slowly taken care off. But as things on the workfloor are a bit more relaxing now, they always throw something else at you, that makes you sort of cry etc....

As from the first of december my work times will change, one week i have the normal working times that i have now aswell, but the next week i will have to work a late shift....  this will mean that one week i am fine to raid, the other week will be very hard.

So this is a little headsup that i might be missing some raids

With this on the table, would you like me to stay on as one of the raidleaders, or is it smart to ask someone else that has more time avail and is able to make almost every raid?

Great that it finaly works out for you favor at work.

My vote is to keep you on at least for a while and see how it goes for the raidteam and yourself
