Xmas Raiding dates

Assuming these raids are in the diary I think we should assess likely attendance and then plan the Xmas break.   Personally I think the break was a little too long last year, we were pretty much all online waiting for the next raid anyway, so I'd like us to consider a shorter break than last year.

Im thinking only cancel the 25th and maybe the 1st as the rest of our raid week lands on nondescript days. That would mean we go 2 weeks with 2 raids. I would expect some attendance problems over the period but we would have the option to ninja rgw with enough warning

RGW on the other hand hit xmas eve - boxing day- new years eve.... so they will only be able to do 1 raid in 2 weeks .... I would be tempted to say they get a 2 weeks break (tho it should be down to switch/ mario) It would give more time to find a replacement for Icey

Sounds fine to me, I'm off for 2 weeks so happy to raid the 2 nights.
