In what context? I know some players within the community who take the game very seriously and become irate if someone makes a mistake or accidently shoots a team mate and doesn't instantly say sorry.


If it is a social match then yes I would like to take part but if it's taken too seriously then no thanks.

I would hope GL/Admins would pick teams according to Skill (distributed evenly between both teams) Thats if it's dMw vs dMw

If there's enuf members that wanna play there will always be a rotation between players whe did this also in the past.
This has nothing to do with skills or what ever.
Most important is that you have fun while your playing matches and represent dMw community in a good way.

Its not dMw vs dMw DD, its kind off ranking list you will play against all kind off teams.

I'm all for dMw playing on ED again, however, we were owned pretty much every match we have ever played IIRC :lol: so it's not for me personally (Although I don't mind helping out etc).

dMw vs dMw is totaly diffrent then play matches. The poll is only too see if people wants too start matches again. If you dont like or want thats fine. And again its nothing bout skills i dont understand why this pops up every time. Its bout having fun in a nice way with the people that does like it.

I get what you mean, but the skills thing keeps coming up because it's not fun getting owned over and over.  We don't play the way you need to play to do well in competitive games, and I personally feel like I'm past going back to that.

My two cents:

Competitive play is a different animal from the sort of CS we're used to playing on our server.

If you go into a match trying to play TCS style you'll get battered, and it won't be fun for anyone.
