MV

I do not wish to stir up a hornets nest or appear to have a public argument as that's not what I am doing, so I thought I would post this here instead of the public forum.  

People are getting frustrated and bored with this raid now and for the sake of a couple upgrades which could then be upgraded the next raid is it worth it?

I understand this completely and I'd recommend completing that list of loot requirements asap, yet at the same time two things concern me greatly.    

• RGW are not reliably clearing MV each week and taking advantage of the Heroic Stone Guardians encounter.   This particular fight has some major upgrades and is something that if you are leaving MV should be achievable right now.  This sounds like some performance management needs addressing before RGW meet the last 4 bosses in HoF.
• HoF is much harder than MV after the first two bosses.   So if you think you are going to spend as much as a whole night on what should be a 90 minute clearance of MV, how bored will people get when they kill 1-2 bosses in HoF and then get stuck for the rest of the week?  For the Garalon fight you'll need more dps and more healing than you did for Elegon and that ignores the Windlord, Amber-Shaper & Grand Empress encounters.

I'm not trying to be harsh here and I'm certainly not telling you what to do, I'm just setting out some of the realities.   Hopefully we'll get RGW access to the ToES instance this week and this will provide some variety, but HoF may not be the great change that you are looking for if you get stuck at 2/6 progress.  I know you only have 2 nights per week and that is indeed a factor, but there seems to be time to do both if the loot requirements on the latter bosses are still there.

I'm not advocating spending all week in HoF, but given how few times Will & Elegon have been killed (and therefore the amount missing loot) then I'm worried because it is that currently missing loot that will allow you to generate the dps required to beat Garalon and later bosses.
