stuck on updating blizzard launcher

anyone else? ive been stuck at it now for 15 mins, doesnt seem to be moving anywhere

had to start wow wo launcher, now all my chars on the character select screen has the same background pic

just logged on and I got no problem with the launcher

i still have to start wow from the .exe file, this is weird poo!
