Hey all,

Right where to begin,
About 2 weeks ago i found out that i couldn't raid anymore with RGW because of college so this put me in a akward spot to start with, and so i decided after this week off i have had i would step down, i will be on and off wow now and then so we may see each other in the future

I have had such a great time here and everyone has been so supportive especially Switch and Riggy, you two have been amazing! but all of you have been great when it comes to having guildies i can joke about with, have fun with and can rely on.

I honestly wish all of you the very best in the future and good luck in 5.2!

So this is me signing off, i will miss you all

I totally agree with your decision. That doesnt mean I like it. Miss you fellow Mirror Image. Great fun to have around in a raid.

In line with guild policy, DMR forum access has been revoked as the main has left the guild.

He couldn't raid weds and mons so that's why he quit, other nights are ok for him....

Stepping down, which is what he told me he was doing is one thing, leaving the guild to raid elsewhere is another. It would have helped if he said he was leaving to go to raid with another guild, that way we could have admin'd it and said goodbye properly instead of expecting to see him 'on and off'. I have no issue with either, but we adjust permissions to suit - and leaving the guild means access permissions are withdrawn as standard practice.

The thing I never understand is how not being able to raid just sneaks up. Without any warning at all raid nights cant be done ?

Im a bit grumpy today but I find it quite rude to just leave a team with Im off thanks all. I kinda expect something along the lines of... "In a few weeks Im not be able to raid mon/wed anymore. You may need to start looking for a dps" would be perfect

If this was done then fair play but the first we know is this post ...
