A fair few posts say

Tanks are a prio to get mutated... When not tanking the boss they kill adds behind (when mutated they can kill them quick)
Healers only need to grab spare stuff for the end of the fight
Save personal defensive CD's/healthstone for Volatile Pathogen "100k/sec" hurts and an extra second can give us time to bitch heal

Coordinate mutates to allow tanks first, every else then to 4, then call to grab 5th, then 1-2-3-4-5 and heroism.
