It looks like we have a small bunch of loot needers.

Agastrat (i489)
Amber (needs a dps trinket and a weapon downgrade! - go figure)
Silkylife (new RGW i482)
Vladic (new RGW i482)

There's also a secondary group of people not in RGW or RGT who are interested:
Smilodon i480
Jaylen (resto shaman) i462

Jaylen is not in RGW, but has expressed an interest in joining and has spoken to Mario recently.   Jaylen's resto shaman is brand new and seems to be gearing quite quickly and she knows that she needs to gear rapidly in order to stand a chance of being accepted to RGW on trial.   (she also sits in our RGT raid channel and listens to our raids often)

Smilo is pure social with an interest.

The question is, how much can we carry on each boss and still make it an enjoyable & quick clearance?  I've listed the Needers and the bosses they are interested in below, with the secondary need group in italics.

I see no problem carrying Agastrat & Vladic for the entire run and they will bring good & decent dps respectively.

Amber wants Elegon but he wants a dps trinket and a downgrade on his weapon, both of which Agastrat & Silky will be after, so imo he'd need to get these on this bonus rolls if we took him in for that boss.   We'd also need to decide if he went in as a DPS or a healer.  From the most recent RGW logs his shadow damage looks poor (e.g. 50k dps & 70% dot uptime on a Garalon!) so healer is the only viable solution imo.

Silkylife is a shadowpriest and needs Feng -->Elegon.   The only issue here is that I am not sure what dps the toon will bring.  However i see no problem carrying Silky on the first 4 bosses and I suspect we might be able to get away with using the toon at Elegon too if we assigned a close pillar and tank help for the dps.

Jaylen - is not yet a raider, but wants an RGW trial.   Seems to be online a lot and gearing the shaman fairly quickly.  I think we could carry her as a 3rd healer for the first four bosses.

Smilodon - he is not a raider and therefore has no priority in the raid.  However I think our raid main DPS could easily carry him through the first four bosses.   As a non-raider though, his is the first spot to be given up if the group looks weaker than we want for any encounter.  I think we could probably carry him through as a melee DPS for the first 4 bosses & Will of Emperor.

That's my thoughts on the initial plan.    Any feedback on this or does it look sound from your point of view?

Looks like a plan .

I think the main part is making sure you dont carry too many and we get a steady clear. It looks like a fair bit of effort has already gone into that.

As a side bonus its shown people how to create a raid and with luck someone may be interested enough to carry it on (we are so missing a social raid on Friday or sat)

You've missed Milly from the list and he was 2nd to reply to the thread (he pointed this out last night during his chat with me).  Not sure if he's had a chance to talk to you yet TL?  hopefully he's calmed down a bit since last night.
